tragic tale of the innocent kitten
today while having my late lunch at the restaurant downstairs i witnessed something which i would never forget my entire life. a man went into his car, started its engine and sped off as how he would usually do. little did he knew that a cute innocent kitten was lying beside his car's wheel. while the car sped off, suddenly i just saw the kitten jumping in the air, but it's the kind of jumping as if how a goldfish would if it falls down on the floor when it's lack of water around it. it's mouth was bleeding, it couldn't control itself, the pain was too unbearable. it was undergoing tremendous horrifying pain and all we humans could do was only watch how helpless the kitten was on the road. my whole body starts trembling, trying to put myself in the kittens situation, it was totally an emotionally disturbing scene in front of us. it starts jumping up and down in a very awkward positions, the kind of move that shows a real real terrible pain. in a few moments it slowed down, it just fell on the road lying on its sides, jerking its feets once in a while. by that time i can feel my heart was so weak, me and my friend just went near the kitten to see how it is doing. one worker grabbed the kitten and took it at the back of the restaurant. by that time, she announced that the kitten has passed away. i couldn't believe what i was seeing, but that was the truth. a girl offered to burry the cat with her friends. me and my friend left the scene, but the moments where the kitten was about to die, will always remain in my memory always.... it has given me a painful impact to my emotions today.
